Service Description

A practical, hands-on session exploring movement, positions, biomechanics, and the physiology of birth. We'll also discuss breathing and comfort measures to support your body and your baby in labour. Whether this is your first baby, or you're returning to birth with new questions, or hoping for a different experience this time; this workshop is perfect for you and your birth partner so you can feel physically prepared and confident about working with birth, not against it.
